  1. Download latest iTunes 10.2 Here
  2. Now you need to download the GM (gold master version) of iOS 4.3 for your respected iOS device. Keep that in mind iOS 4.3 doesn’t support iPhone 3G and below and iPod touch 2G and Verizon iPhone.
  3. Download iOS 4.3 GM from given below links.
  4. Now let’s actually install iOS 4.3
  • Plug in your iOS device, and then tab over to iTunes.
  • In iTunes, alt+click (or shift-click in Windows) on the ‘restore’ button, and then when promoted to locate the iOS 4.3 file select the IPSW file you just moved to your desktop.
  • Wait for between 10 and 15 minutes for the new OS to be moved over.
