Google has recently announced on their "GoogleNexus" twitter account about the new Android 2.3.4. Which they are going to release OTA(Over the Air) for Nexus S in few Weeks. This new Update will bring Voice and Video Call feature to Nexus S. You can see the Demo Video of this new Feature here. So you either wait for the Google's Android 2.3.4 Update to come to you, or you can Just follow our Guide below to Update your Nexus S Manually.
First of All download the update to your Computer:
Download Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread (GRJ22-from-GRI40)
Step 1: Now rename the Downloaded file to Update.zip
Step 2: Connect Nexus S to computer using USB cable.
Step 3: Copy it to the root of your Micro-SD card
Step 4: Shut down your phone, and reboot into recovery mode by holding “volume up +” and “power button” simultaneously.
Step 5: In the recovery mode, Use the volume buttons to choose ““apply update from /sdcard” from the list, and select it with the power button.
Step 6: Wait for the Android 2.3.4 upgrade process to complete
You're Done, Android 2.3.4 has successfully been installed on your Nexus S.
