McAfee released "WaveSecure" App for iOS Devices - Your iPhone gets more secure with this App [Download]

McAfee has now launched their first security app for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. So if you think your iPhone can pick up a Virus or being stolen by someone and you could lose your data or even lose your entire iOS device with the fear that someone else might access your private contacts and other information then you should definitely consider this app. This app is called as WaveSecure and it's speccifically designed for the individual user, for data and theft protection. It's now available in the Appstore for $20.

McAfee has previously released iOS security software for businesses (the Enterprise Mobility Manager) but this is the first time the company has released security software for general users of the iPhone and iPad.

McAfee WaveSecure secures your mobile device and personal data in the event of loss or theft by allowing you to locate/track your device and helps prevent device misuse. It enables you to back up and restore your data from the device.
