FireFox 7 Officially Released for Mac,Windows,Linux [Download links]

Mozilla has now once gain release another update for their most anticipated browser i.e FireFox. After their previous release of FireFox 6 it's been a month that we haven't seen anything from Mozilla, But today they have officially announced the new FireFox 7, Which brings security updates and enhance your browsing experience by improving one of its major drawback, i.e. high memory consumption. This new FireFox is more durable then it predecessors as it consumes less RAM (memory) and give better performance.


FireFox 7 complete changelog:


  • Vastly improved memory usage (up to 50% better) and increased speed
  • Added a new rendering backend to speed up Canvas operations on Windows systems
  • Bookmark and password changes now sync almost instantly when using Firefox Sync
  • Added support for text-overflow: ellipsis
  • Added support for the Web Timing specification
  • Added an opt-in system for users to send performance data back to Mozilla to improve future versions of Firefox. This can be enabled by installing an add-on
  • Fixed several stability issues
