Note: Please note that this is only the GUI ( graphical interface ) of Siri, and there’s no actual functionality added to the device. Also please note that there’s a possibility that your device will end up in a respiring loop. So do this at your own risk !
So let's start the Tutorial/Guide:
How to Port/Install Siri onto your iPhone 4/iPhone 3GS And iPod Touch 4G/3G:
First of all make sure you have all the following : (Make sure you have already made Backup)
- iPhone 3GS/4 or iPod Touch 3G/4 running iOS 5 jailbroken ( tethered )
- OpenSSH
- MobileTerminal
- Link Identity Editor ( Cydia )
- SFTP client ( like Cyberduck for Mac or iFunBox for Windows )
- iFile ( Cydia )
Step 1: Download and then extract this File. [Download link]
Step 2: Now with OpenSSH browse to /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/ and copy the AssistantServices.framework folder (this file is available in those extracted files which you just downloaded)
Step 3: Now again Browse to /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app and copy all the files inside SpringBoard.app (see in the video below)
Step 4: Now via iFile go to Via iFile go to SpringBoard.app and find N90AP.plist ( iPhone ) or N81AP.plist ( iPod Touch ) and open the respected file and Add the following:

Step 5: Now Simply Respring your Device, And DONE!

there is no file on the 3gs called N90AP.plist the only file that comes close to that is N88AP.plist
same issue.. 3rd guide i've found online that doesn't mention the 3gs file is called n88ap.plist..
Actually this guide doesn't say what the others do.. the others say add assistant
AFTER 720p
yeah just edit the N88AP file , add the 720p as it is written on the guide and the the assistant line and reboot
