Apple's NewsStand Store is Now Live!

As Apple released their two new Featured app ahead of iOS 5,  the new Find My Friends' and 'Airport Utility App is now available to download. And now Apple has also updated their NewsStand App, with a "Store" button which redirects you to the new "NewsStand Store" where you can see and get all the Digital Magazines offered by Apple. Newsstand is a special folder on your iOS 5 device with a Wooden Shelf that keeps all your digital publications.

Note: The makers of iOS digital publications are required to update their apps with Newsstand functionality because otherwise the app won’t place them in the Newsstand folder.

IT have got some good new features, like it's an built-in store in much the same way the iBookstore is integrated right within the app.The initial selection included about 120 digital publications optimized for Newsstand at press time.

So when you're on WiFi Newsstand will ask for your permission to send you notifications and download new issues automatically when on WiFi networks.

This feature will be exclusively available on iOS 5, but still users who are running iOS 5 GM will be able to access the new Store button in the NewsStand, If you don't see the Store button yet, try Restarting your device and it'll be available to you.
