An Australian Developer Chris Walshie found that it is possible to run “native unmanaged code” on Windows Phone 7 some days ago, but today we have found on techmobicity that there is an Unlock available for Samsung i8700 Omnia 7, but we have not tested it yet. The source claims that its a direct unlock (USB Cable Unlock).
You can unlock your Samsung i8700 Omnia 7 by following the simple steps Given bellow
- Download SPTCARD997 and save it on your desktop
- ##634# and press call to enter Diagnosis Menu
- *#7284# and choose “Modem, USB Diag”
- Press OK to confirm device Reboot
- Plug USB cable and install drivers.
- Launch SPTCARD997, Select i8700, select correct SAMSUNG Mobile Model Diagnostic Serial Port
- Select unlock and click Factory Mode.
- If after unlock procedure, phone still asks for code, dial 00000000
