Couple of days back iPhone Dev Team released a RedSn0w 0.9.6rc7 ‘One click Tethered Boot’ support for iPhone on iOS 4.2.1. RedSn0w 0.9.6rc7 was released for all those people who have tethered jailbreak on their iPhone. Now iPhone Dev Team has released updated RedSn0w 0.9.6rc8 to fix minor bugs. RedSn0w 0.9.7rc8 will now report why a Tethered custom Bootlogo PNG is a invalid attempt.

iPhone Dev Team has also release a beta testing version of RedSn0w 0.9.7 to Untethered Jailbreak iOS 4.2.1 for Mac Only and soon they will release a Windows version too. If you have Mac and have iOS 4.2b3 shsh hashes so you can try Untethered Jailbreak of iOS 4.2.1 here
